The quantitative ratio of components A and B depends on the designs of the two chambers. The filling machines are widely used for precise quantitative packing of paste-like materials such as sealants, corner bonding adhesive, tile grout, electronic adhesive, thermal conductive adhesive, dental materials.
● Feeding System: Two independent feeding units deliver Components A and B to their respective filling stations.
● Conveyance and Positioning System: The automatic bottle conveyor transports empty cartridges/ syringes to the filling station and transfers filled bottles to the sealing station. The automatic plug-sorting device aligns and delivers plugs from the plug storage to the plug-pressing station.
● Quantitative Filling System: Two independent servo-driven filling systems precisely dispense Components A and B into their corresponding chambers.
● Plug-Pressing System: Two separate plug-pressing units insert plugs into the chambers of Components A and B for sealing.
● Control System: Human-Machine Interface (HMI), PLC, and corresponding control software.
● Coding System (Optional): A coding machine prints product batch numbers, production dates, and expiration dates on cartridge surfaces.
● Precise Control: Servo systems ensure precise dosing of Components A and B according to preset ratios.
● Anti-Curing Design: For fast-curing materials, optional cooling systems or inert gas protection (e.g., nitrogen purging) prevent adhesive reactions with moisture, air, or high temperatures during filling.
● Reliable sealing: Automatic plug-pressing tightly seals the chambers after filling.
● Cross-Contamination Prevention: Dedicated feeding, filling, and sealing units for Components A and B eliminate cross-contamination risks.
● Visual Control Interface: HMI + PLC with preset formulas (for different container types and ratios), supporting data traceability and production statistics.
● Provide images, composition, and viscosity of the product to pack.
● Provide images and dimensions of the dual-chamber cartridges/ syringes and plugs.
