Single Shaft High Speed Disperser

Biaxial High Speed Disperser
The biaxial high speed disperser has two blades on its corners that perfectly grind, the shaft rotates which ensures the movement of the mixer and the materials are blended properly. It is comparatively better than the single-shaft mixer because it makes the work done more efficiently and faster, they have a good working principle and is maintained perfectly with the paddles and shaft and it rotates to mix the materials.

Motor: The motor supplies the rotational energy needed to spin the impeller at incredible speeds, often exceeding 10,000 revolutions per minute (RPM). The motor's horsepower and torque determine the dispersing equipment's capabilities and its ability to handle various viscosities.
Shaft: The shaft is a vital link between the motor and the impeller. Vessel: Think of this as the mixing bowl, but on an industrial scale. The vessel is the container that holds the mixture during the dispersion process. The vessel's size and design can vary depending on the batch size and viscosity of the mixture.
Mounting System: This ensures that the dispersing equipment is securely attached to the vessel or a stand, preventing vibrations and ensuring stability during operation. The mounting system may include clamps, brackets, or other mechanisms designed to withstand the forces generated by the high-speed impeller.
A dispersing equipment works on the principle of energy transfer. A disc-type blade is mounted at the bottom end of the mixing shaft and rotated at a relatively high tip speed. Tip speed is the speed at the outer tip or edge of the rotating disc.
The solids and liquids are drawn into the rotating disc by the suction it creates. This suction usually results in a visible whirlpool from the top of the mixture down to the top of the disc. A similar whirlpool is created below the disc, extending from the bottom of the tank to the underside of the disc.
When the solids/liquid mixture enters the vortices and is sucked into the high-speed disc, the energy (horsepower used to drive the disc) is instantaneously transferred from the disc to the mixture. This intensely focused energy transfer creates tremendous, instantaneous velocity changes in the mixture as it progressively contacts the disc. As each layer contacts the disc, it is instantaneously accelerated from the slow-moving vortex into the high speed of the disc and projected outward away from the disc and toward the wall of the tank.
