Introduction
An ink attritor is a vertical agitator mill, which is suitable for wet mixing and grinding in the production of photosensitive ink, UV ink, color paste, coating, ceramic, etc. It is composed of the geared motor, framework, grinding chamber, agitator shaft with stirring rods, electric cabinet, and explosion-proof control panel. The agitator shaft is connected to the geared motor via a coupling. The rotating speed of the agitator shaft is regulated by the Yaskawa vector inverter. A pair of movable semi-circular lids is supplied on top of the grinding chamber.
Raw materials are loaded from the top of the grinding chamber and are sheared and ground by the grinding balls, stirred by the stirring rods. After the product fineness reaches the required value, the grinding chamber can be tilted at a certain angle with a screw rotating mechanism driven by the handle, so that the insulation ball valve, eccentrically installed at the bottom of the grinding chamber, can be located at the lowest point of the chamber for easy draining.

● The interior of the SS304 jacketed grinding chamber is mirror-polished.
