TRANSOCEAN® Cartridge filling machines are tailed for quantitative packing of highly viscous pastes such as silicon sealants, PU adhesives, acrylic sealants, greases. Thanks to the servo and HMI, the filling process and plugging process can be carried out smoothly and accurately. Upon the users' request, the hydraulic extruders can be provided to transfer the materials to pack from the material drum to the filling unit, and a printer can be supplied for printing the batch No., production date and expiration date on the filled cartridges. It is a perfect solution for automatic quantitative packing of a variety of viscous pastes.

● TRANSOCEAN®Cartridge filling machines adopt a modular design, which can be put into use quickly by connecting the hydraulic extruders and the cartridge feeder & tail plug feeder to the filling unit.
● The rack is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, which characterizes a compact design, high-strength, and lightweight.
● The two sets of parallel presses can be quickly switched to achieve continuous operation of the paste packing machine.

● Preparation for operation:
1. Material drum loading into the hydraulic extruder
2. Cartridge loading into the cartridge silo
3. Tail plug loading into plug silo
● Press【Auto】on the HMI and turn on the hydraulic extruder to carry out automatic filling & plugging.
