Highly viscous products are accurately packed by the unit's volumetric proportioner. Portion sizes are controlled, readily adjustable, and protected from over or under filling. The hydraulic operated press easily packs your product into cans or cartridges.
Automatic, Easy to Operate
Product is packed directly from the reinforced mixer tank. Tank is lifted by the hydraulic ram to the appropriate packing level. A quick coupling device connects the proportioning unit to the tank outlet. The operator simply places the cans or cartridges to be filled in the loading zone of the unit.
Automatization Possibilities
Easy attachment of a can feeder, as well as closing, labeling and coding machines, plus a conveyer belt for transport of cans to storage will convert your unit to a fully automatic process.

The extruder is composed of a frame, hydraulic cylinder, pressure disc, drum fixing device, hydraulic station, accumulator, and electrical control system.

Hydraulic discharge presses are applicable for discharge of highly viscous products from a cylindrical vessel in the case that the product can't flow freely or be discharged by gravity. The hydraulic discharge presses are indispensible equipment to discharge the finished products from the working vessel of planetary mixers and multi-shaft agitators alike. With the help of the hydraulic discharge extruders, products can be easily transferred to automatic filling machines for packing with containers.
Main Cylinder (Ram): Delivers force to the workpiece.

The hydraulic discharge press operates by forcing hydraulic fluid into a double-acting piston, relying on pascal's law to multiply force for heavy-duty tasks. The compressive force generated within the smaller hydraulic cylinder pushes the hydraulic oil (fluid) into a larger cylinder, where much greater force and pressure are applied. As the larger piston moves, it forces the fluid back into the smaller piston cylinder, maintaining a constant hydraulic pressure throughout the system.
This controlled fluid exchange between the two pistons increases mechanical pressure, creating the substantial force needed to drive the anvil of the hydraulic discharge press downward onto a workpiece, shaping, compacting, or cutting the material into its desired form. Once the forming, punching, or pressing process is complete, the pressure is safely released, allowing the anvil and die to return to their original positions. Hydraulic discharge presses are highly valued for their precision, repeatability, and ability to perform a variety of material processing operations, making them a cornerstone in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and fabrication industries.
