The 3 independently controlled stirring shafts of TRANSOCEAN® Triple shaft mixer are respectively equipped with a screw propeller agitator, a high-speed disperser with a double-layer serrated high-speed dispersing disc/a rotor-stator mixer homogenizer, and a low speed anchor agitator complete with PTFE scrapers.
TRANSOCEAN® Three Shaft Dispersing Mixer (triple shaft mixer can) be used as a putty mixer, adhesive mixer, printing ink mixer, color paste mixer, fertilizer mixer in the industries such as putty, atomic ash, building mortar, adhesive, printing, coating, artificial leather, plastic flooring, fertilizer and alike.
TRANSOCEAN® hydraulic lifting high shear emulsifier is used for emulsification & homogenizing of liquid-liquid and mixing & dispersing of liquid-solid to obtain a uniform emulsions. The materials in the tiny gap between rotor and stator are subject to the combination of shearing, centrifugal squeeze, friction, impact, tearing and turbulence generated by strong momentum resulting from high velocity and high frequency mechanical effect of rotor. The vacuum system for simultaneous de-aeration to upgrade the quality of products is supplied as an option.
