Lab equipment consists of decelerator, planetary frame, agitator, scraper, container, hydraulic lifting system , hydraulic extrusion system and a frame. When the planetary frame rotates, it drives the stirring shaft and dispersing shaft (optional) in the box to revolve around the axis of the container and rotate at high speed, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing and kneading to achieve full dispersion and mixing. There is scraper on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame, it clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall off continuously.
After the container wall is finished by vertical lathe, it is polished by an automatic polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper on the planetary frame completely scrapes off the material on the container wall when rotating, so that there is no residue on the container wall and the mixing effect is improved. After the mixing is completed, it is moved to the extrusion system through the slide rail to complete the extrusion and discharging process.
