Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® edible oil filling machine is ideal quantitative packing equipment for various fluids in the production of edible oils, flavors, lubricating oils, motor oils, thinners, paints, coatings, etc.
It is composed of a bucket loading station, conveyor, gravimetric filling unit, capping unit, palletizing station. Film wrapping unit is available as an option for the finish of final products. All technological processes can be displayed and controlled on the touch screen HMI panel, completed with a PLC. Packing media metering is done automatically by load cells and weighing indicators.
