TRANSOCEAN® resin filling machine is a semi-automatic gravimetric filling machine, which is suitable for quantitative filling of resins, lubricants, inks, adhesives, curing agents, organic solvents, glycerol, pesticides, liquid asphalt, dyes, detergents, liquid medicines, beverages, edible oils, flavors, food additives and alike with 30 gallon (110L), 55 gallon (200L) or IBC containers.It has been well received by our clients.
Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® resin filling machine is a semi-automatic gravimetric filling machine, which is suitable for quantitative filling of various liquids or pastes with large drums or IBC containers.
The filling machine is mainly composed of a filling nozzle, an electrical control system, a weighing system, a filling platform, and a conveying device. A unique submerged filling nozzle is adopted, which can effectively prevent material splashing during filling and dripping of residual liquid after filling. For the filling of different liquids, SS304, SS316, SS316L made nozzles can be selected. It is convenient to replace the nozzle. An automatic capping device for opening/ sealing the lid, a pail separating system for automatically separating buckets and an explosion-proof control system suitable for operation in hazardous areas are available as an option.
Applications:
The filling machine is suitable for quantitative packing of resins, lubricants, inks, adhesives, curing agents, organic solvents, glycerol, pesticides, liquid asphalt, dyes, detergents, liquid medicines, beverages, edible oils, flavors, food additives and alike large drums or IBC containers.
Features:
● Scaime/ METTLER TOLEDO load cells are adopted to weigh the materials and display the weight in real time.
● 20 sets of recipes can be set and stored.
● Auto / manual operation mode can be switched freely.
● The filling process is divided into two steps i.e. fast adding/ slow adding or three steps i.e. slow adding/ fast adding/ slow adding, which ensures the filling velocity and filling accuracy.

● The nozzle is easy to disassemble, clean and replace.
● Lifting velocity of filling nozzle is adjustable.
