The highspeed disperseris driven by a motor via v-belts. Usually the belts can be work for a long time. After working for a period, the beltsmayget loosened or broken, which is commonplace. But if the beltsare damaged in a short time or other abnormal phenomena are found, it has to be taken seriously. Here are somepossible causes for the abnormal damage to the belts:
1.Inappropriatebelts are used on the high speed disperser. The belts are too small or too big in width, or too short in length.
2. The driving pulley and the driven pulley are not on the same plane.For proper operation the pulleys should be aligned. Otherwise, the belts will be subject to abnormal wearing and even break-up in a short time.
3. The beltsare not fastened moderately. If the belts are excessively tensioned it will got worn fast. On the contrary, if the beltsaretensioned inadequatelythe belts will slip and the equipment will not work properly. The belt tension should be moderate.
4. Unqualified belts are adopted on the equipment. For the troubleshooting please do use qualified belts according to the model recommended by the manufacturer of the high speed disperser.
