1. Equipment inspection:
Before each use, check whether the electrical components of the Mixing machine, such as the power cord, plug, and control panel, are normal.
Check whether the mixing blades are loose or damaged, and ensure that the mixing shaft and blades are clean.
Check whether the mixing container is clean and free of residue.
2. Personal protection:
Operators need to wear appropriate work clothes, shoes, protective gloves and protective glasses.
It is forbidden to operate with gloves to avoid being involved in the equipment and causing injury.
3. Operation process:
When starting the Mixing machine, run it at a low speed first, and gradually increase the speed to avoid material splashing.
It is forbidden to reach your hands or use tools to reach into the mixing container while the Mixing machine is running.
In case of emergency, stop the machine immediately and notify professionals to handle it.
4. Environmental inspection:
Ensure that there are no fire sources, flammable materials and other dangerous items around the equipment.
The equipment should be placed on a stable and solid ground to avoid sliding or shaking.
