Structure and principle of vertical bead mill

A vertical bead mill consists of a mill body, a main drive, stirrers, a feed pump, a cooling systemand a control panel.The compact integral design can save space and is easy to operate.The grinding chamber is equipped with a cooling jacket.The materials in the grinding chamber can be cooled by the flowing cooling water in the jacket to ensure the material will not be overheated   during the grinding process. A thermometer isalso supplied at the discharge port of the products to monitor the material temperature. The working principle of the vertical bead mill: high speed stirrers stir the grinding beads to generate strong impact and friction to the materials to achieve material dispersion, shearing, and ideal fineness.
