The DL series bag filter is a pressure filtering device which is suitable for separation of solids from liquids. The filter is mainly composed of a feed pump with tube, a filter cartridge, a filter bag and the support skeleton for the filter bag.
Introduction:
The DL series bag filter is a pressure filtering device which is suitable for separation of solids from liquids. The filter is mainly composed of a feed pump with tube, a filter cartridge, a filter bag and the support skeleton for the filter bag. The filtrate is pumped into the filter bag from the feeding port on the top cover by a feeding pump. The filter bag is backed with a stainless steel support skeleton, which is inserted in the filter cartridge. The top cover is locked at the upper flange of the filter cartridge by four sets of rocker ring bolts. The joint surface between the top cover and the filter cartridge flange is sealed with a O-ring, so that the filter can withstand extremely high filtering pressure and water hammer pressure impact. The qualified products are discharged from the discharge port, while the particle impurities in the filtrate are retrained when the filtrate flows through the filter bag with the required fineness. Almost no products are lost in the filtration process. The filter bag and support skeleton are easy to remove for cleaning. A manometer is supplied on the top cover to monitor the working pressure in the filter cartridge. 1 ~ 3 bar is recommended as the ideal working pressure. 4+ bar means the filter bag is severely blocked, and therefore the filter should be stopped for inspection. On the top of the cover there is a pressure relief valve which should be opened for maintenance. Do not open the cover to clean up the impurities on the filter bag, support skeleton and filter cartridge until the manometer reading reaches zero. After the cleaning is completed, the filter must be reassembled and then resume work. In the case of sudden pressure drop the filter have to be stopped immediately to check leaks on the filter.
