Introduction
TRANSOCEAN®LSZ series basket mills are applicable for vacuum grinding of solids in liquids. The mills are suitable for grinding of the particle size range from 200 microns down to microns with grinding beads from 1.8 mm to 2.2 mm in diameter. A hydraulic lifting system is available for lifting of the milling head. The material tank can be loaded beneath the grinding basket for grinding when the milling head is lifted to the highest point. After products have been processed the material tank can be removed after the milling head is lifted. Vacuum equipment is available for simultaneous de-aeration during processing to prevent the products from the adverse effect of bubbles generated during mixing and grinding and therefore upgrade the quality of final products.

● TRANSOCEAN® LSZ series basket mills are widely used in small batch wet processing of printing ink, color paste, adhesive, agrochemical and alike.
Features
● Impeller stirs grinding media and forces grinding media to circulate in mobile tank, while grinding pegs drive zirconia beads to impact and grind the products.
● A mechanical seal and O-rings are supplied for sealing of the material vessel.
● The vacuum equipment creates vacuum in the vessel simultaneously during the grinding process.
● Cooling jacket outside grinding basket is available as an option.
● Comply with the European Machinery Directive of CE
