Introduction

TRANSOCEAN^®  high shear homogenizer can be mounted on a platform type vessel or be placed above a movable tank. The high speed rotor creates vacuum in the tiny gap between the rotor and the stator, which suck materials from the top and the bottom of the chamber. The materials are forced by the powerful kinetic energy generated by the rotor forces to splash out after being subject to the tremendous impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing. Strong turbulences are brought about under comprehensive functions of various forces. The materials can be depolymerized, dispersed, homogenized, refined and sheared after repeated processing and eventually be converted into stable emulsions. The vacuum equipment is available as an option for simultaneous de-aeration to upgrade the quality of products. A filling machine is available as an option for packing of finished products.
