Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® paint filling machine is used in quantitative filling of various paints and fluids alike. The filling machine consists of one set of an automatic gravimetric filling machine, powered conveying rollers and a capping device. Ordinary type (N) filling machine and explosion-proof type (E) filling machine are available as an option. Automatic pail separating device, automatic lid capping device, automatic stacking system, etc., are available as an option for automatic operation.
Applications
TRANSOCEAN® filling machines are applicable for quantitative packing of paints, inks, adhesives, curing agents, organic solvents, detergents, lubricants, edible oils and other materials with metal or plastic containers.
Features
● Mettler Toledo load cells are used to weigh the materials and display the weight in real time.
● 20 sets of recipes can be set and stored.
● Auto / manual operation mode can be switched freely.
● The filling process is divided into two steps, i.e., fast adding and slow adding, which ensures the filling speed and filling accuracy.
● Filling ON/OFF is controlled by the photoelectric switch.
● Alarm will be activated when the tolerance of weight exceeds the set limit.
● The filling nozzle is easy to disassemble for cleaning and replacing.
● Insulation/heat tracing device is optional
