The milling head can be lifted to load or take out the material tank. Materials to grind are forced to move radially from the main shaft to all around, and to cycle vertically around the central axis. Uniform products can be achieved under the comprehensive function of wetting, mixing, dispersing and grinding of grinding pegs and stirrer. Finished products are poured out from the grinding chamber while grinding media are retained in it.
