Introduction

The Industrial Vacuum Filter is anegative pressure deviceswhich areapplicable for deaeration &filtrationof various fluids. Industrial Vacuum Filter of the steel frame, a pair of double acting cylinders, a vauum cover, a bag filter, a material receiving tank, vacuum equipment,a vacuum buffer tank, an electric contact vacuum gauge, valves and a control panel. At first put a receiving tank in place beneath the vacuum cover. Lower the vacuum cover to press the receiving tank tightly. Put the absorbing hose into the material tank or connect the hose to the discharge port of the material tank. Close all the valves on the vacuum cover. Set the lower limit and upper limit on the electric contact vacuum gauge according to the requirements of the production process. Start the vacuum pump. Open the valve at the suction port. Air bubbles in the materials will be eliminated by the vacuum and the materials will be sucked into the filter chamber. Qualified products willpass through the filter bagin the filter chamber while the large particles are retained by the filter bag. Observe the level in the material tank. Stop the vacuum pump when the absorbing hose can't be fully filled with materials. Open the vacuum breaker. When the pressure in the receiving tank is equal to that outside lift the vacuum cover to take out the receiving tank.
