Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® gravity free mixer makes full use of the convection mixing of the materials in the mixing chamber to ensure that the materials with different particle sizes and densities are fully and evenly mixed. The materials are thrown up in the twin U-shaped horizontal mixing chamber to form a flow layer, which makes the material lose weight instantly and ensures that the materials with different particle sizes and densities are fully and evenly mixed. The counter rotating twin shafts with a certain number of inclined overlapping blades are supplied in the mixing vessel. These blades rotate and force the materials to circulate axially and radially, which forms a flow layer in the mixing chamber. Under the action of convection mixing, the materials in the instantaneous weightlessness state in the layer are evenly mixed to avoid material accumulation and dead area. Usually the finished materials are discharged from the mixing chamber by the pneumatic flap valve or manual flap valve at the bottom of the chamber. The discharge valve is integrated with the inner wall of the chamber. The full-size valve can be opened until the whole bottom is open, which facilitates quick and complete discharge without residue. Spray nozzles can also be installed above the chamber to spray liquids into the mixing vessel for solid-liquid mixing. If fibers are included in the materials a certain number of fly-cutters will be supplied in the mixing chamber to cut up the fibers and make a way for the subsequent processing. The dust collecting system is available as an option to collect the dusts at the working site to improve the working environment.
