TRANSOCEAN^® Three Shaft Dispersing Mixer (triple shaft mixer) is widely used in the processing of highly viscous materials with a viscosity up to 100,000 cps, such as construction putty, automobile putty, atomic ashes, adhesives, sealants, etc., and alike. It consists of one set of helix propellers, one set of saw-tooth dispersing discs, and one set of anchor agitators with scrapers. The helix propeller forces the solid materials floating on the liquid material to enter the liquid material. The saw-tooth dispersing discs evenly disperse and dissolve solid materials into liquid materials. In addition, the all-round PTFE scrapers on the anchor stirrer sweep off the materials adhering to the inner wall of the mixing tank, and at the same time, stir the materials together with the anchor stirrer to create radial flow in the mixing vessel to eliminate dead areas from the vessel. This ensures that all the materials at different positions in the mixing tank have the same opportunity to move at any position in the tank, get fully and evenly mixed, and finally produce a uniform and high-quality putty product. According to the needs of the production process, the dosing system for solid materials and liquid materials, a circulation system for materials in mixing vessel, a cooling jacket outside the mixing tank, vacuum equipment for simultaneous defoaming, a screw pump or a hydraulic discharge press for discharge of mixed putties, and the filling machine for packing of final products are available as an option.
