Introduction:

TRANSOCEAN^® mobile high speed dissolver mixers are mounted on castors, which can be movable on working sites. A mixer is composed of an electric cabinet, a control panel, a mixing motor, a transmission system, a mixing assembly, a support rack, and a hydraulic station. For mixing operation the mixer head will be lifted to load material tank and then be lowered. After the material vessel and the mixing assembly are in position press Start button to start mixing, press Accelerate button to accelerate dispersing disc from 0 to about 1450 rpm. Let it run until the solids have been uniformly dispersed into the solvents. Eventually press Lift button to raise the mixer head, release the tank clamping arm (if any) and discharge finished products. The mixers are suitable for wet processing of pesticides, printing inks, sealants, daily chemicals, etc.

● A Saw-tooth shaped dispersing disc or a Nieman dispersing disc is supplied.

● Dispersing head lifting/lowering mode: by hydraulic cylinder

● The mixer and material tank can be movable around the working site.
