Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® Lab bead mills are agitator grinding machine, which are applicable for pilot grinding of solids in liquids. The mills are applicable for grinding of the particle size range from 500 microns down to less than 20 microns with grinding media. Materials and grinding beads fed into the grinding chamber by hand are forced to run radially by the stirrer mounted on the axis. Materials are sheared and ground in this process. Finished products are poured out from the grinding chamber while grinding media are retained in it.
Applications:
● The mills are suitable for pilot production of paints, pesticides, inks, adhesives, etc.
Features:
● Main shaft speed is controlled by an electronic governor or an inverter.
● Wear-resistant nylon stirrers and stainless steel stirrers are available as an option.
● A cooling jacket outside the grinding chamber is adopted to cool down products.
