Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® SB series Vertical seal sand mills are applicable for processing of particles in liquids. The pearl mills are suitable for processing of the particle size range from 500 microns down to less than 20 microns with ϕ2.0 mm to ϕ3.5 grinding media. The main shaft is sealed with packing seal. Products conveyed by a feeding pump are forced to flow upwards through the grinding tank from the feeding port on the bottom of the tank and come out from the discharge chamber on the side of grinding tank while grinding beads are retained in the chamber by the separator.
Applications:
● TRANSOCEAN® vertical seal sand mills are suitable for wet processing of primer, varnish, insecticide, and etc.

● Sealed discharge design prevents solvents in products from volatilizing to environment.

● Cooling jacket outside grinding chamber prevents products from overheating.
