Introduction:

TRANSOCEAN^® lab high speed dispersers are applicable for pilot dispersing and dissolving of solids into fluids in pilot production of coatings, inks, pesticides, etc.. A saw-tooth dispersing disc running at a high tip speed generates tremendous shear force and creates a forceful vortex around the dispersing shaft, which contributes to high performance of wetting and dispersion. The dispersing disc can be lifted mechanically for vessel loading/unloading or lowered for dispersing operation. Finished products are poured out from the mixing vessel after processing.

Characteristics:

● Main shaft speed is controlled by inverter.

● A saw-tooth shaped dispersing disc is adopted for dispersion processing.

● A cooling jacket outside the grinding chamber is supplied for cooling of mixing vessel.
