Introduction:

TRANSOCEAN^® MW series triple roller mill for paint is a grinding mill which consists of three horizontally placed rolls, i.e. feed roll, center roll and apron roll. Adjacent rolls rotate in opposite directions at different velocities. Strong shear force is created in the narrow gap between adjacent rolls, which is utilized to mix, disperse, refine and homogenize viscous materials. The gap can be adjusted mechanically. After milling the products will be scraped from the apron roll by a discharge blade and be collected in a pail.
