Introduction

TRANSOCEAN^® automatic paint filling machine is applicable for quantitative packing of paint, coatings, ink, printing ink, oil ink, putty, adhesive, grease, lubricating oil, edible oil, flavor and like with metal containers or plastic containers.

The filling machine is composed of a pail loading system, a pail separating system, a quantitative filling system, capping system, recheck device, a printing & labeling system, a pallet feeder, a pallet loading system, and a film wrapping device. All processes are carried out by electrical automation and artificial intelligence to standardize and automate the packing process, ensure the quality of the finished product, greatly improve packaging efficiency, and reduce labor intensity. Ordinary type (N) filling machine and explosion-proof type (E) filling machine are available as an option.

Applications

TRANSOCEAN^® filling machine is applicable for quantitative packing of paint, putty, adhesive, grease, lubricating oil, solvent, cooking oil and alike with metal containers or plastic containers.

Features

● Automatically separate containers from stacked containers, and send empty containers to the designated filling position.

● Automatic gravimetric filling, real-time display of the packing weight

● The filling process is divided into two steps, i.e., fast adding and slow adding.

● After the filling is completed, the pails are transferred to the capping station via a conveyor belt. If a lid press is suitable for the pail sealing, the system will automatically put the lid on the mouth of the barrel and then transport the barrel to the capping station for automatic tightening; if a rotary capping device is suitable, the system will automatically feed the cap and tighten the barrel cap.

● After the lid is sealed, the barrels are sent to the re-inspection station. The barrels whose weight error exceeds the limit are expelled to the rejection channel, while qualified products with weight are released and passed on to the next step.

● Automatically print the production time, batch number, and other customized graphic information, or attach a prepared label to the surface of the pail.

●The pallet supply device takes one from the pre-stored pallets and sends it to the packing station. The manipulator transfers the filled buckets to the pallet, arranges them in order, and stacks them layer by layer according to the design. The tray filled with barrels is sent to the film wrapping station by a conveyor. The wrapping device wraps the buckets on the tray with a wrapping film. Finally, use a forklift to move the finished product tray to the designated place for storage.
