Introduction

The automatic filling machine for waterproof coatings is a novel packing system for high temperature fluids and semi-fluids. It consists of pail separating system, gravimetric filling system, capping system, pallet feeder, stacking system and film wrapping device. All processes are carried out automatically to greatly improve packaging efficiency and reduce labor intensity. A recheck device, a coding system, a labeling system and an explosion-proof control system are available as an option.

Applications

TRANSOCEAN^® waterproof coatings filling machines are applicable for quantitative packing of high temperature fluids such as non-curing rubber-asphalt waterproof coatings, paraffin wax, bitumen (asphalt) and alike.
