Introduction:

TRANSOCEAN^® LFS series dispersing grinding mills are multifunctional equipment integrating wetting, dispersing and milling functions. The equipment are mainly composed of one basket sand mill on the center and one high speed disperser on each side. The propeller mixer above the milling basket and the turbine agitator in the milling basket are mounted on the same axis. The propeller pushes the materials above to move along the central axis downward. Some materials pass through the basket and click the bottom of the material tank and then return upward from both sides, flip up and down, and other materials are sucked into the inside of the rotary turbine. Driven by the rotation of the turbine, the materials are sheared and ground, and then thrown radially toward the vessel wall. The pins on the exterior of the turbine agitate the grinding beads to shear and grind the materials while preventing the beads from accumulating in the basket. The dispersing discs on both sides drive the materials to circulate along the dispersing shafts on both sides beside the basket. Wetting, mixing, dispersing and grinding of solid materials can be achieved during this process. After several cycles of processing, the solid particle size in the material can be reduced from about 200 microns to about 5 microns. The precisely machined tank cover fits the vessel tightly, which minimizes the environmental pollution caused by dusts and solvents during production. Vacuum systems are provided as an option to defoam the products while dispersing and grinding to improve product quality.
