Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® MD series three roll mills are grinding machine which mix, disperse and homogenize viscous materials by virtue of the share force created by three horizontally positioned rolls which are called feed roll, center roll and apron roll. Separating cooling system is available in center of each hollow roll to control material temperature. Adjacent two rolls rotate in opposite directions at progressively higher velocities. Materials to mill are fed into the feed area between feed roll and center roll, and then are processed by the two rolls and transferred to apron roll, and eventually are scraped down by the scraping knife located at the discharge area.
