TRANSOCEAN® rotor stator mixer is widely used in uniformly dispersing one or more phases into another continuous phase in the product. Oil based materials and water based materials are premixed in a preparation tank respectively and then are sucked by negative pressure to vacuum mixing tank. All preparation tanks and mixing tank are complete with separate heating device and the temperature can be set according to different production processes. Materials are mixed, sheared, compressed folded and pushed towards rotor-stator mixer by paddle agitator and frame agitator which rotates in opposite directions. After processing the finished products will be discharged by gravity through turning mixing tank by more than 90?or by a pump via the discharge port on the bottom. A button type control panel or a touch screen control panel is supplied for the operation of the mixer.
