Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® mixing kettle is suitable for mixing several kinds of liquids or solids. Usually, one or two layers of impeller blades are included in the mixer. The blades force the fluids to move axially and circulate along the shaft. Mixing and precipitation prevention can be achieved in this process. Baffles can be mounted on the interior of the vessel to mitigate the influence of horizontal flow on the mixing effect. A cooling jacket is available as an option for temperature control in the case of thermosensitive products being processed.

●Q: What is your minimum order quantity? Can you send me samples?
A: Our Min. OQ is 1 set. As our products are machines, it's hard to provide samples. Instead, we would provide our catalog, and you are also to visit our factories.
●Q: How can you solve the problems with the use of your products encountered by your overseas customers promptly?
A: We will respond within 24 hours after receiving the request from our customers. Initially, we will discuss the issue with our customers online to diagnose the problem. If it is caused by improper operation, we will guide our customers to operate the machine properly; if it results from a quality defect on the working part or wearing of our machine, we will deliver the spare parts by air/express ASAP for replacement and instruct our customers how to replace the defective part online. If necessary, we will share a short video to demonstrate the replacement. A one-year warranty from the shipment date is provided for our machines.
