Introduction

Stainless steel silos are applicable for material storage and material processing in the industries such as coatings, color pastes, inks, colorants and construction materials. Wetted parts of the silos are made of S.S.304 or S.S.316. Surface of the tanks are finished by polishing. The tanks are installed on platforms. A ball screw valve or a flange ball valve is supplied at the bottom of the vessel for discharge. A heat exchange jacket outside the tank and a dosing device are available as an option.

Structural design

2. Bottom structure: Common designs include flat bottom, conical bottom, bevel bottom and tray bottom.
