Introduction:
A hot air circulating drying oven, also known as an electric blast air drying oven, uniformly heats the objects by the hot air circulated by a fan. The air source is transferred by the circulating fan to the heater for heating and then sent to the inner chamber of the oven through the air duct. After heat exchanging the air is resent into the air duct by the fan through the heater and recycled to ensure that the indoor temperature is uniform. The drying chamber is equipped with a PID temperature controller to precisely control the inner temperature so that it reaches the set value. A timer is installed on the operation panel, and the working time can be set in the range of 0S-99.9H. The heat of the hot air is directly converted into heat energy after being absorbed by the objects to heat, thereby achieving quick and uniform drying. This oven is widely used in medicine, chemical, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry and other industries to heat and solidify, dry and dehydrate objects.

Features:
● The oven body is made of angle steel and SS304/ SS316L steel plate. The exterior is brushed or mirror polished, and the inner wall is mirror polished.
● The space between the shell and the working chamber is filled with glass fibers.
● EBM fan (10-speed wind speed adjustment) is adopted to create microscale air circulation, which is good for drying small or powdery items, and ensure uniformity of the temperature in the working chamber. It also contributes to acceleration of diffusing of the water vapor from the chamber to outside, and thereby improves the drying efficiency.
● It is wide used in a wide range of industries to dry various materials, and is an ideal universal drying equipment.
● Inside temperature of the working chamber: 50-140 ℃ (with 0.2-0.8MPa steam as heat source), 50-350 ℃ (with electric heater as heat source)
● Various designs for option: single door & single trolley, double doors & double trolleys, three doors & six trolleys, four doors & eight trolleys.
