A saw-tooth dispersing disc running at a high tip speed generates tremendous shear force and creates a forceful vortex around the dispersing shaft, which contributes to high performance of wetting and dispersion. The dispersing disc can be lifted mechanically for vessel loading/unloading or lowered for dispersing operation. Finished products are poured out from the mixing vessel after processing.
