Introduciton:
TRANSOCEAN® LQM series wet grinding ball mills are applicable for in processing of powders and granules in liquids. The mills are suitable for grinding of various solids from 500 microns down to microns with a wide range of grinding media from ϕ5 mm to ϕ12 m. Incoming materials are fed from the charging port on the top of grinding tank by a feeding pump. Products are impacted and sheared by the grinding balls stirred by grinding pegs in the chamber. After the products have been processed the grinding chamber can be tilted with the gear and worm dumping mechanism for complete discharge of the products. Shift the three way valve at the outlet of the pump from loading/ cycling position to discharge position to drain the products from the mill while the grinding balls are retained in the tank by the separating screen.

● LQM series wet grinding ball mills are applicable for wet grinding of highly viscous thixotropic materials such as printing ink, aluminum paste and alike.
