TRANSOCEAN® SK series vertical bead mills are wet grinding machines, which are suitable for grinding of solids in liquids with glass beads or zirconium silicate beads. The vertical bead mills are used in the production of paints, pesticides, agrochemicals, dyes, non-mineral fillers and alike.
Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® SK series vertical bead mills are agitator grinding machine, which are suitable for processing of solids in liquids. The mills are applicable for grinding of the particle size range from 500 microns down to less than 20 microns with ϕ2.0 mm to ϕ3.5 mm grinding beads. Products fed by a material pump are forced to flow vertically through the grinding chamber from the material inlet on bottom of the chamber towards the top and come out from the separating screen on the top of grinding chamber while grinding media are retained by the separating ring.
Applications:
● TRANSOCEAN® vertical bead mills are applicable for wet grinding in the industries such as paints, agrochemicals, pesticides, paper making and alike.

● Grinding discs stir grinding beads and generate fierce impact and shear to the materials to process
● Material of grinding parts: S.S.420/S.S.201/carbon steel/PU
● Cooling jacket outside grinding chamber is supplied to cool down products.
● Thermometer is available at product outlet to monitor the temperature of output products.
