As one of the most widely used equipment in chemical production, the high speed disperser will contact various chemical materials and be subject to corrosion during running. There is no doubt that the corrosion not only damages the overall aesthetics of the equipment, but also severely weakens the inherent safety application value of the equipment itself. Due to the restriction of various objective conditions, the problem can hardly be solved thoroughly, which causes a large number of hidden safety hazards in the operation of the high speed disperser.
Usually due to the particularity of the environment in which the equipment is used, the structure of the metal is prone to corrosion. The external environment such as temperature, humidity, and air may directly cause the metal to corrode. In theindustrial productions some oxidizing-reducing gases and media are involved. In addition, the humidity and temperature in the workshop are relatively high, and thereforestrong chemical reactions will occur on the surface of the metal. The main reason for the corrosion of chemical equipment such as dispersers is that the production medium of various chemical enterprises contains sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, halides, sulfides, salt spray and other harmful substances in the production process.
To relieve the relatively fast metal corrosion process on some chemical equipment, corrosion inhibitors are proposed. It costs not much to get the corrosion inhibitors and it is easy to use them. In essence, corrosion inhibitors are substances that slow down the process of metal corrosion at low concentrations. After application of corrosion inhibitor, a layer of adsorption film or passivation film will be formed on the surface of the equipment. This type of protective film can speed up the electrode polarization rate and at the same time inhibit the corrosion of the equipment caused by the corrosion current. Before selecting corrosion inhibitors, it is necessary to identify the metal type, attribute characteristics and corrosive medium of the equipment to be protected.
