How to keep the homogenizer clean in the vacuum emulsifier

The vacuum emulsifying homogenizer is the core component of the vacuum emulsifying machine, referred to as emulsifying head or homogenizing head. It consists of a pair of matched rotor and stator. The material is subjected to strong high-frequency shearing in the high-speed rotating fixed rotor to achieve the ultra-fine homogenization of the material particles, and the particle size can reach 0.2-200um. The specifications of rotors of different materials are different, and the customer can choose the material according to the processing technology. First adjust the time relay to the required working time, and press the homogenizer start button.

Homogeneous cutting and scraper stirring of vacuum emulsifier: After feeding (water can be replaced during debugging), turn on the corresponding control switches to control the operation of homogenizer and scraper stirring.

Before stirring, you should jog to check whether the agitator and the wall scraping device are abnormal. If there is, it should be eliminated immediately.

Keep the homogenizer clean. If you stop using or need to replace the material, you should clean it according to the requirements of the homogenizer and the working fluid contact part, especially the cutting sleeve of the cutting wheel, the sliding bearing of the homogenous shaft sleeve and the head of the shaft sleeve. After cleaning and reassembly, the manual rotating impeller must not get stuck. After the two flanges of the pot body and the pot cover are fixed, the motor of the inching homogenizer rotates correctly, and there is no other abnormality before starting.

Due to the high speed of the homogeneous cutting head, it is not allowed to operate in an empty tank state, so as not to affect the sealing degree after partial overheating.

The vacuum emulsification homogenizer reverses from top to bottom, and the motor should be moved for testing when it is connected or not used for a long time. When viewed from above, the wall scraping device rotates counterclockwise and the emulsifying head rotates clockwise.

The homogenizing emulsifier can only be started after confirming that there is no abnormality.
