How to replace the mechanical seal of the nano sand mill

Mechanical seals are one of the most complex mechanical basic components. It is also a key component of nano sand mill equipment. If the sealing performance of the mechanical seal is not good, it will directly lead to material leakage when the machine grinds the material. Therefore, the nano-sand mill should pay attention to regularly check the sealing performance of the mechanical seal in its daily work, and learn how to replace the mechanical seal. The following is how to change the mechanical seal of the nano sand mill:

1. Remove the cylinder;

2. Remove the dispersing pan assembly and remove the screen.

3. Clean the shaft with solvent and remove the front end cover and exhaust cover of the cylinder.

4. Remove the discharge tray except for the two elastic rubber hoses.

5. Remove the sealing ring. Remember not to use gravity and impact when removing the seal.

6. Remove the gasket and bearing protector. After removing the parts, clean them carefully, mainly the movable and retaining rings, to keep them free of stains.

7. Reassemble the mechanical seal.

8. Install the bearing protector.

9. Install the spring into the small hole of the bearing protector and apply a small amount of grease to keep it in place.

10. Install the washer and O-ring seal on the shaft, then install the moving ring so that the washer rests on the small spring, check whether the O-ring is installed correctly, and whether the pin of the bearing protector passes through the hole of the washer and moving ring seat .

11. Install the tray and check that it is in the correct position.

12. Then connect the rubber tube.

13. Assemble the dispersion disc to the shaft.
