1. The length of the V-belt is equal, placed in the transmission box, and the elasticity of the V-belt should be appropriate. Remember to keep the cover on when tightening the slide bolts.
2. If the equipment is not used for a long time, the power should be cut off in time, keep the machine clean, and refuel the parts that need to be lubricated. Spindles and cylinders should be oiled frequently to prevent rusting.
3. On average, replace it once every six months, and clean the fuel tank. Filters should be cleaned once a month and again two to three days after an oil change.
4. The rotating parts of the disperser should be oiled every week. If you find that the temperature is too high or abnormal noise during use, you should check it in time.
5. The lifting type high-speed disperser should regularly check the wearing parts, and replace it immediately once the wear phenomenon is found. When using the equipment, it should be overhauled every year, and the AC contactor should be checked every six months.
