Items to be prepared for the installation and commissioning of the sand mill

1. Cooling lubricant for sand mill:

The lubricating oil should be clean, free of impurities, and added after filtering. Commonly used oils are transformer oil (recommended) or precision machine oil with lubricant grade N5. For the amount of oil that needs to be added, refer to the manual of the sand mill.

2. The compressed air source required for the feed pump of the sand mill and the mechanically sealed coolant circulation pump:

A 0.6~08m3 air compressor is needed to drive the diaphragm pump of the sand mill

3. Zirconium beads required by sand mill:

Ø0.3mm~1.6mm zirconia beads

Please refer to the operation manual of the sand mill for the specific filling quantity of grinding beads.
