Operating procedures for laboratory sand mills

What steps should we follow when using a laboratory sander?

1. Turn on the main power supply, observe whether the power supply is normal, check whether the cooling water and air pressure are normal; check whether the material conveying connecting the material barrel and the sand mill is firmly connected; check whether other parts of the sand mill are normal. If abnormal conditions are found, the operation shall be performed only after troubleshooting;

2. First pass the cooling water, then pump the material into the barrel of the sand mill, and start the main engine. The sand grinding process of the laboratory sand mill should be carried out according to the requirements of the "Manufacturing Order". The temperature of the control sand mill should not be higher than the specified value. If there is no clear regulation, it should be controlled not more than 60 ℃, or the operation and control should be guided by skilled personnel;

3. After sanding, it should pass the quality inspection before getting off the machine;

4. Make a "sand mill operation record" during the sanding process;

5. When sanding different colors and ink types, the inner cylinder and connecting pipes of the sand mill should be rinsed clean;

6. No-load operation of sand mill is strictly prohibited. No cooling water circulating operation and diseased operation;

7. When the sanding effect is not good due to the wear and loss of sand beads, sand beads should be added or replaced;

8. The connection between the material barrel and the sand mill should be firm to avoid material overflow, and the material barrel should use an electrostatic clip to eliminate static electricity;

9. When shutting down, keep the solvent in the cylinder. When there is no material in the cylinder, do not start the main engine, otherwise the main shaft will be bent or the grinding disc will be damaged;

10. When cleaning, only the spindle can run slowly, otherwise it is easy to cause abnormal wear and tear of the equipment;

11. During the operation, find out the circulation of the lubricating fluid through the pipeline, and take corresponding measures;

12. Sanding the sediments that are easy to precipitate requires frequent stirring.
