Operation steps of automatic resin filling machine

The general operation steps of the automatic resin filling machine are as follows:

1. Check before use: Before turning on the machine, make sure that the power plug of the filling machine is connected to the power supply and the ground wire of the chassis is well connected. The filling machine pressure is between 0.05 ~ 0.07Mpa. Check whether the motor and bearings need lubricating oil. Oil-free operation is strictly prohibited before normal operation. At the same time, check whether the conveyor belt is running normally and whether there is any debris. When the power supply and gas source are turned on, check whether the fasteners of each part are connected reliably, and the operation is stable after startup and can be used normally.

2. Check that the safety features are functioning properly. Make sure that the discharge valve of the reactor is tightly connected with the pipeline of the filter device, the filter cloth is intact and undamaged, and the cover is covered with fastening bolts to ensure that there is no leakage under the packaging pressure. Check all connecting lines of the filling machine to ensure that there is no broken skin or short circuit.

3. Carefully check the water level of all water tanks, whether the chain plate is blocked before starting, and whether the silo has a cover. After the water, electricity, gas, and other conditions are ready, turn off the main power supply, the power indicator light is on, the fault indicator light is off, and the stop light is off. Start condition: Press the start button on the control box and the start switch at the filling. After the buzzer gives three warnings, the whole machine starts running and enters the automatic working mode of external washing, washing and filling. Press the stop button and control box at the filling place to stop the machine, and turn off the main power after stopping.
