Use of gravity-free mixers

Generally, carbon steel or stainless steel is used to duplicate the gravity-free mixer. Stainless steel make mixersare applicable for the mixing of corrosive chemical materials or copper powder,while carbon steel make mixersare used for processing of cement mortar and alike. The option of an optimal mixer should be made accordingto the specific production process. According to production requirements, it can also be equipped with spray devices and jackets to work as a solid (powder)-liquid (with a liquid content of <15%) mixing and drying equipment. Stratification and segregation don’t happen in processing of the material composed of a variety of contents with obvious differences in density and particle size. When the solid-solid mixing ratio is 1:1000, the standard deviation ranges from 3/100,000 to 8/100,000. It characterizes perfect mixing speed. Under normal circumstances, it takes only 2~3 minutes to process one batch materails.
