1. Familiar with the equipment structure and performance:
Operation and maintenance personnel need to be familiar with the structural performance of the Horizontal ball mill grinding machine equipment and the names, specifications and functions of each component.
2. Lubrication management:
According to the "four fixed" principle, namely fixed personnel, fixed point, fixed quality and fixed quantity, lubrication is carried out according to the requirements marked on the lubrication diagram. Untreated waste oil shall not be used to keep the mill clean.
3. Temperature monitoring:
During the operation of the equipment, pay attention to check whether the bearing temperature of each part does not exceed 60℃, and check whether the bolts of each part are loose or have abnormal sounds.
4. Uniform feeding and water supply:
Pay attention to whether the ore and water supply are uniform, whether there is slurry leakage in the cylinder, and whether the protective cover of the transmission part is intact.
5. Environmental cleanliness:
Keep the environment of the mill equipment clean and sanitary, and stop the machine at any time if any abnormal sound is found in any part.
6. Regular inspection and maintenance:
Regularly check the key components of the ball mill such as bearings, gears, and transmission belts to ensure that they are not worn, loose or damaged. Once an abnormality is found, it should be replaced or repaired in time.
7. Electrical system inspection:
Inspect electrical equipment and wire interfaces to ensure that they are free of wear or damage. If any problems are found, they should be replaced in time.
8. Lubrication system maintenance:
Regularly lubricate the bearings, gears and other parts of the ball mill to reduce friction and wear. Choose appropriate lubricants and pay attention to the quality and service life of the lubricants.
9. Daily cleaning:
Clean the ball mill after daily use, clean up the debris and dust inside and outside the machine body, and keep the equipment clean and hygienic.
10. Regular disinfection:
For occasions requiring high cleanliness requirements, the ball mill should be disinfected regularly to prevent the growth of bacteria or contaminants.
11. Operation monitoring and adjustment:
Monitor the operating status, including parameters such as vibration, noise, and temperature. Once an abnormality is found, the machine should be stopped for inspection immediately, and the grinding time, speed and other parameters should be reasonably adjusted according to the characteristics of different materials and experimental requirements.
12. Shutdown maintenance and long-term storage:
Before long-term shutdown, the ball mill should be fully inspected and maintained, including cleaning equipment, replacing worn parts, and adding lubricating oil. For ball mills that need long-term storage, they should be placed in a dry, ventilated environment without corrosive gases, and regularly maintained and inspected.
13. Personnel training and support:
Provide professional training for operators and maintenance personnel to improve their operating skills and maintenance level, and establish a complete equipment maintenance record and management system.
