Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® Alkyd paint filling machines are gravimetric explosion-proof filling equipment, which are suitable for quantitative filling of alkyd enamel, alkyd anti-rust primer, alkyd varnish, alkyd blending paint, epoxy resin coating, resin, adhesive, ink, etc. According to the specification of the filling containers, the alkyd paint filling machines can be divided into two models: 1L-5L and 10L-25L. For applications with both 1L-5L buckets and 10L-25L buckets, one set of filling unit can be shared, and two sets of capping and capping devices can be supplied irrespectively for the two groups of buckets and lids. The number of filling nozzles can be designed according to the expected filling speed, generally between 1 and 4. For the filling of materials with volatile gases or solvents, an exhaust gas collection cover is installed at the filling nozzle to improve the working environment. After the filling action is completed, the full barrel with product can be pushed by the operator to the powered conveyor roller, and transferred to the lid placing station and capping station via the conveyor roller, where the capping job is automatically completed, and then the product is output. To save the equipment investment, the lid placing work and bucket shift work can be done manually. When it is necessary to change the specification of the filling container, only the height of the filling nozzle needs to be adjusted, and the control switch of the lid placing and capping unit can be switched to quickly adapt to the new containers. It is easy for the ordinary operators to conduct the switching process.
