What are the maintenance points of Horizontal ball mill grinding machine?

1. Check the motor current:
During operation, especially within 5 minutes of starting the machine, check whether the motor current is normal, including whether the current value meets the working state requirements, whether there are abnormal current fluctuations, etc. If there is any abnormality, it should be adjusted in time.
2. Check the lubrication condition:
The lubricating oil should be completely replaced one month after the first use of the ball mill. In the later period, it is recommended to replace the lubricating oil every six months based on the use situation. Check each lubrication point at least once every four hours. Different lubricating oils are used in winter and summer according to weather changes.
3. Inspection and replacement of components:
It is recommended to inspect the transmission device, main bearing shaft, feeding part and discharging part of the ball mill once a year. Pay attention to the inspection of the motor and reducer. For broken, lost or severely worn large and small gears, they must be replaced and repaired.
4. Monitoring of operation status:
If there are abnormal conditions such as loud noise and strong vibration during the operation of the ball mill, stop the machine in time to inspect the reducer, motor, connecting plate, etc.
5. Liner and bolt inspection:
When the liner is worn to 70%, it should be replaced. When the liner bolts are severely damaged and loose, they should be replaced.
6. Bearing inspection:
When the bearings of the ball mill are seriously worn, they should be replaced.
7. Inlet and outlet screw inspection:
When the inlet and outlet screws of the ball mill are seriously worn, they can be repaired. If the repair is useless, they should be replaced.
8. Anchor bolt inspection:
When the anchor bolts of the ball mill are seriously worn, they should be repaired. If the repair is useless, they should be replaced.
9. Electrical system inspection:
Regularly check the electrical system of the ball mill, including motors, control cabinets, wires and cables, etc. Check the operating status of the motor, such as whether the current, voltage, temperature, etc. are normal.
10. Equipment cleaning:
Regularly clean the outside of the ball mill, remove dust, dirt and debris on the surface, and prevent these substances from entering the equipment and affecting the operation.
11. Tightening inspection:
Regularly check the various connection parts of the ball mill, such as bolts, nuts, etc., to ensure that they are in a tight state.
