1. Preparations before starting
Check the equipment status:
Confirm whether the hydraulic oil level is normal. If the oil level is low, add it to the specified position.
Check whether the dispersion shaft and dispersion disc are clean. If there is dust or paint, clean them.
Check whether the fasteners are loose and whether the seals are leaking.
Turn the impeller manually to ensure that it rotates flexibly without friction.
Check whether the motor, reducer, clamping device, etc. are firm and whether the wires are grounded normally.
Personal protection:
Operators need to wear appropriate work clothes, shoes, protective gloves and protective glasses.
It is forbidden to operate with gloves to avoid being involved in the equipment and causing injuries.
Environmental inspection:
Ensure that there are no fire sources, flammable materials and other dangerous items around the equipment.
The equipment should be placed on a stable and solid ground to avoid sliding or shaking.
2. Precautions during operation
Start the equipment:
First raise the agitator shaft, push in the material barrel and clamp it, and then lower the dispersion disc to the lowest point.
When starting the main machine, control the inverter speed at 25-30Hz (speed 750-900r/min) to avoid splashing materials due to excessive speed.
Operation monitoring:
Pay attention to the current reading on the control panel to ensure that it does not exceed the specified value (such as 15A).
Monitor the sound of the equipment running and observe whether there is abnormal vibration or noise. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
It is forbidden to run the equipment idling without liquid protection to avoid damage to mechanical parts.
Material handling:
Ensure that the material viscosity is moderate (such as 0.1-0.4Pa·s) to avoid being too thin or too thick to affect the dispersion effect.
Wear protective glasses and gas masks when feeding to prevent material splashing or inhalation.
Safe operation:
Any object is prohibited from contacting the rotating shaft to avoid being involved and causing injury.
If any foreign matter falls into the barrel, stop the machine immediately for processing.
3. Cleaning work after parking
Shutdown:
First stop the main motor, stop all impellers, raise the stirring shaft, and loosen the clamping device.
After dispersion, turn off the main machine switch and clean the equipment.
Equipment cleaning:
Use special solvent to clean the dispersion disc, dispersion shaft and other parts to ensure that the equipment is clean.
Restore the dispersion shaft to the lowest position to avoid deformation caused by long-term suspension.
Maintenance:
Regularly check the wear of vulnerable parts such as impellers and seals and replace them in time.
Keep the equipment clean, prevent moisture, and lubricate mechanical parts regularly.
IV. Other precautions
Voltage and environment: Ensure that the equipment operates under stable voltage to avoid voltage fluctuations that cause speed to lose control. The equipment should be placed in a clean and dry environment to avoid moisture.
Dispersion time: Set the dispersion time reasonably according to material requirements to avoid overheating of the equipment due to long operation.
Emergency handling: In case of emergencies, the machine must be shut down immediately and professional personnel must be notified to handle it.
