What should be paid attention to in Kneader Mixer maintenance?

Jan 10, 2025

1. Regular inspection and cleaning: Regularly inspect all parts of the Kneader Mixer for signs of wear, damage or potential problems. Focus on checking key components such as blades, rollers, motors and bearings. Check the oil level of each lubrication point as well as the circuit and control equipment before work every day, and add lubricating oil as needed.
2. Cleaning procedures: After each use, thoroughly clean the mixing drum, blades and other parts to prevent the accumulation of material residues. Use water and detergent to remove any residue inside the mixing drum. A clean mixer ensures stable mixing performance and prevents premature wear of parts.
3. Timely replacement of key components: Monitor the condition of wear-prone parts such as mixer blades, arms and seals. Replace these parts to avoid excessive wear, which can cause operational problems. The mixer blades should be replaced as needed to maintain optimal mixing efficiency.
4. Proper storage: When not in use, store the mixer in a dry, protected environment to prevent exposure to moisture and adverse weather conditions. Proper storage reduces the risk of corrosion and damage to mixer components.
5. Avoid overloading and over-operation: When using the Kneader Mixer, do not overload it to avoid damage to the equipment. The Kneader Mixer should not be over-operated to avoid excessive wear and damage to the equipment.
6. Lubrication and maintenance: Lubrication of the concrete mixer is an important measure to prevent wear. All parts of the mixer need to be lubricated regularly to reduce friction and wear. For example, the mixer shaft must be refueled every shift until butter can be seen leaking from the mixer.
7. Inspection and maintenance: During the operation of the mixer, the noise of the motor, reducer, and transmission gear should be checked and listened to at any time to see if it is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high. In addition, check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient, and the oil mist in the gas system should maintain sufficient oil.
8. Use high-quality parts: When modifying, key components such as high-quality bearings must be selected to ensure their technical performance. For example, the bearings of the vibrating screen need to use high-quality bearings, and the lubrication device should be reasonably set.
9. Avoid hard objects from entering the mixing drum: When adding materials, try to avoid large hard objects or steel wires from entering the mixing drum to reduce the wear of the mixing blades.
10. Thermal spraying technology: For surface wear, thermal spraying technology can be used to spray heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and oxidation-resistant coatings on the wear surface of the equipment to generate wear-resistant coatings, thereby effectively improving the wear resistance of the mixer surface.
