TRANSOCEAN® multifunctional dispersion mixer integrates high-speed dispersers and anchor agitator, which is suitable for mixing and dispersing viscous materials or thixotropic materials with a viscosity between 3,000cps-200,000cps. The mixer is widely used in the production of emulsion paint, coatings, putty, sealant, ink, plastic, artificial leather, etc.. There are two high-speed dispersing shafts. Each dispersing shaftis equipped with 2 layers of serrated dispersing discs, which shear and disperse the surrounding materials andcreate an axial flow in the mixing tank. The dispersing discs on the 2 dispersing shafts are staggered in height, so that the materials at different positions have the same chance of being sheared and dispersed. The anchor stirrer compulsively stirs the material near the wall of the mixing drum to form a radial flow in the vessel, and closely cooperates with the dispersing discs to ensure that the material at any position in the vessel can be evenly mixed and dispersed to form a uniform product. The all-round scraper can sweep away the material stuck to the wall of the vessel. Vacuum equipment is available as an option for simultaneous vacuum defoaming of the materials during the mixing process to prevent the materials from being oxidized by the air bubbles, thereby improving product quality and product appearance.

●The mixer head is driven by 2 double-acting hydraulic cylinders, which can rise above the top of the vessel for easy insertion and removal of the vessel.
